The short answer

Job application autofill should remove repetition, not your judgment.

Job application autofill copies relevant information into online application forms so you do not retype the same details for every role. Jobsistant’s version is deliberately review-first: known facts can fill quickly, uncertain values are surfaced, unsupported answers stay out, and the applicant makes the final submission.

How it works

One useful click, 3 clear stages.

The fastest application is not the one you never see. It is the one that reaches review with the repeated work already done.

  1. 01

    Bring Your Information Once

Start with the facts and answers you already use: contact details, work history, preferences, and your own past responses.

  2. 02

    Fill the Application

Jobsistant matches your information to the form. Open questions can be drafted only from your supplied facts and the job description.

  3. 03

    Review, Then Submit

Anything uncertain is called out. You make corrections, check the whole application, and press submit yourself.

Reviewed autofill, not auto-apply

The difference is who keeps control.

Useful boundaries

Designed to leave the risky parts alone.

A job application carries your name. Jobsistant’s product rules treat an honest blank as better than a wrong answer that looks complete.

Early access means we make fewer claims.

Jobsistant is not yet publishing a universal “works everywhere” promise. Portal support is being tested before it appears on a public support list. Join early access and we will tell you what is verified when your invitation is ready.

Questions, answered plainly

Before you trust autofill with an application.

Does Jobsistant submit job applications for me?

No. Jobsistant is reviewed autofill, not unattended auto-apply. It can prepare fields for review, but the final submit action always stays with you.

What happens when Jobsistant is unsure about a field?

It marks the field for review or leaves it for you. A blank field is safer than a confident-looking answer without enough evidence.

Can it invent experience to make an answer stronger?

No. Generated text is constrained to facts in your profile and the job description. A claim without a supplied basis is rejected.

Which job application sites are supported?

Jobsistant is still in early access. Portal support is being verified before a public support list is published, so this page does not claim universal coverage.
