Jobsistant publishes this reference and builds an application assistant. We reviewed official vendor or employer documentation and public portals; selected Workday and iCIMS account steps also have sanitized captures and controlled browser checks in our implementation record. The other rows describe documentation or public-portal evidence, not a live test of every employer’s form.
The population is the 15 named rows below. It is not a representative sample of employers or applicants, and it does not measure login-gate prevalence, abandonment, time saved or security superiority.
Implementation status: extension 1.0.4 is prepared; store availability has not been confirmed. “Allowlisted” means the extension may offer assistance after site access is granted and it finds one clear candidate account form. It does not mean every route is automatically activated, every form is supported or that the user successfully signed in.
Workday’s complete live-application validation remains separate from account-step checks. Other candidate domains, employee/recruiter routes, ambiguous usernames, reset/change-password and verification screens can be left untouched.

Route patterns describe the current boundary, not a guarantee for all subdomains, custom domains or employer settings. Use the ATS detector to inspect a public URL locally; a URL alone cannot reveal the active form, password requirements or login success.

- You choose Google, Apple or another offered sign-in method. The extension waits.
- On password-free portals, you receive and enter the verification code yourself.
- You tick consent boxes, solve CAPTCHA and press Create Account, Sign In or Submit.
- A password saved for another employer may not be valid here. A username may not be your email.
- Unique passwords in a password manager are safer than reuse. This feature does not replace a password manager.
Once you deliberately fill a credential into a site, that site can read it. Local-only storage means Jobsistant does not keep a server copy; it does not make a compromised website or browser profile safe. Read the security boundary.
Workday announced Candidate Profile on 13 October 2026, with reusable information and one-time-code sign-in expected in early 2027. This is an announced rollout, not proof that your employer’s current page has changed. The Workday guide explains what to check.
