AI that can only use facts you gave it

Never type the same answer twice.

You’ve answered all of this before.

Jobsistant exists because our founder switched jobs the honest way: five hundred applications, each one asking exactly what the last one asked. The information was never missing. It was just never kept.

The whole application, in one view

One click autofills the whole application.

Scroll through one application, from blank form to review-ready. See what Jobsistant fills from your profile, what it drafts from evidence, and exactly where it hands control back.

Step 01 · Reads the job

One page becomes one application.

The job description and form are read together, so every answer knows what this role actually asks for.

AI answers written from your real experience.

“Why do you want to work here?” is written from two things and nothing else: your Super Context and this job’s description. Ask something you have already answered well and it reuses your own wording instead of writing new prose.

Why do you want to work at Meridian?

Meridian is rebuilding commerce infrastructure in the open — that overlaps almost exactly with my : and . I’d rather compound that experience than restart it.

Hover an underlined claim. A sentence that can’t point at a source never reaches the form — a validator blocks it. Not a guideline. A gate.

Every application, tracked automatically.

Behind every fill sits the profile it drew from, the documents it attached, and a record of the application — created the moment you click fill, without you logging anything.

HOW IT STARTS

Works on any careers page.

On applications Jobsistant recognizes, it gets ready automatically. Anywhere else, open the extension and choose Fill this page.

The difference ends there.

AUTOMATIC

It notices the form and gets ready.

On application sites Jobsistant recognizes, it wakes up with the job description and form context already in place.

Ready for your review

After that, there is no “supported” and “unsupported.”Known facts are filled, open answers use your context, uncertainty is marked, and Submit remains yours.

Built around your final say.

Most application automation optimizes for volume. Jobsistant optimizes for work you can trust, review, and confidently put your name on.

  1. 01We never press submit. Every application ships with your hands on it.
  2. 02We never invent facts. If it isn’t in your profile, it cannot appear in an answer.
  3. 03We never guess silently. Low confidence is marked on the field, not hidden in fine print.
  4. 04We never touch passwords, CAPTCHAs, or payment fields. Ever.
  5. 05We never hold your data hostage. See and edit your profile, or request a copy or deletion at any time.
The core filling safeguards are enforced in code, while your data choices are documented and supported through our privacy process. The details are on the security page and in the privacy policy.Product rules · privacy controls

FAQ

Job application autofill, answered honestly.

Clear answers about control, coverage, privacy, and what Jobsistant does when it is not certain.

01Does this auto-apply or submit job applications for me?

No. Jobsistant reads the application, fills the fields, writes grounded answers and attaches the right documents — then stops. No code path can press submit, and an automated check fails our build if anyone ever adds one. You review every answer and send every application yourself.

02Which job sites and ATS platforms does the autofill work on?

On application platforms Jobsistant recognises, it detects the form and gets ready on its own. On any other careers page, open the extension and choose Fill this page — that click is your permission to scan it, and the same fill engine completes the form, flags anything uncertain and carries the job context across multi-step applications. There is no “unsupported” dead end.

03Is auto-apply safe, or will it get me blacklisted?

Auto-apply tools submit applications you never read, to roles you never evaluated. Applicant tracking systems now run bot detection and velocity filters, and recruiters have been adding friction in response to AI spam — so mass-applying is an efficient way to get filtered out or flagged. Jobsistant is built the other way round: it removes the typing, not the judgement. One application you actually read beats two hundred you did not.

04Will recruiters be able to tell my answers were written with AI?

Generic AI writing is easy to spot, and it is increasingly filtered out — usually because it could have been sent to any company. Jobsistant does not write generic prose. Every answer is built from your own facts, your saved answers and this specific job description, in the tone you choose: straightforward, warm or formal. Nothing unsupported can be added. Edit a sentence once and your wording becomes the better precedent next time.

05What happens when a job application asks something new?

Jobsistant reads what the field is asking, matches it against your Super Context and fills only when the evidence is strong enough. If it is unsure, it marks the field for review. If it cannot support an answer, it leaves the field untouched and learns from what you enter.

06How does it learn from my previous job applications?

It remembers useful corrections, saves answers you write yourself and reuses your own wording when a similar question appears later. Your profile becomes more complete through ordinary use; you do not have to keep training a separate system.

07Is it safe? What about passwords and sensitive fields?

Passwords, CAPTCHAs, payment details and government ID numbers are excluded — a never-fill list runs locally, before any field data leaves the page. Self-identification fields are used only when you explicitly opt in, per category. Everything Jobsistant fills stays visible and editable before you submit.

08Is Jobsistant free?

Nothing while we build. If that changes, pricing will be announced well before it affects your job search, and export of your own data stays free either way.
