Changelog · Version 1.0.2
Your match on the page, and resumes attached under your name
The card on recognised applications now shows how well the job matches your profile, tailored documents are attached under your own name, and a brief connection problem no longer signs you out.
- On recognised application pages, the Jobsistant card shows how well the job matches your profile. Closing it hides it for that page only, not the whole site.
- The card only appears on pages that look like a real application.
- Tailored resumes and cover letters are attached under your name instead of a generic file name.
- The panel shows exactly which file it will attach, and whether that is your default resume or one tailored to the job.
- After you connect your account, Jobsistant offers to open the side panel.
- If you install the extension before creating an account, it takes you through setup first.
- Skill matching credits the general skills your experience implies.
- A brief network or server problem no longer signs you out; Jobsistant keeps you signed in and offers to try again.
- One unreadable profile item no longer stops the rest of your profile from loading.
- Required fields on Lever forms are recognised as required.
- Pressing Escape to close a form’s dropdown no longer dismisses the Jobsistant card.
- Your default resume is no longer attached to an application that already has a tailored one.
- File names in non-Latin scripts no longer confuse how an upload field is read.
Released for Chrome and Edge. Edge also received the changes from 1.0.1 with this version.
