Pre-Submit Checklist for Job Applications
Tick the items you have verified before you submit. The tool flags what is left. No resume, no application data, no account required.
Pick the ATS if you know it, then tick what you have verified.
Tick the items you have verified, then generate a summary of what is left.
14 items, filtered by the ATS you are applying through.
The checklist covers the most common avoidable mistakes: name mismatches between form and resume, old resume versions, missing country codes, single-number salary entries, blank required EEO fields, broken links, and per-employer account credentials you forgot to save. If you pick an ATS, the list adds items specific to that system — for example, single-column resume warnings for Workday and iCIMS, where text extraction scrambles multi-column layouts.
The tool does not inspect your form, read your resume, or connect to any ATS. It is a prompt — the most useful version of a friend looking over your shoulder before you hit submit.
No application data is collected.
The only inputs are checkbox ticks and an optional ATS selection. No resume, no field values, no employer name, no job URL. Nothing about your application is entered, stored, or sent.
Jobsistant records only that the tool was completed, subject to the site's analytics consent. Your ticks and ATS selection never leave the page.
This checklist covers common mistakes, not every possible error on every form. It does not replace reading the full application one more time before you submit.
